SUBLIMATION TIME & TEMPS

1. Oven Sublimation

  • Temperature: 350–380°F
  • Duration: 5 to 6 minutes
  • Note: Applicable for most stainless steel items; adjust based on item thickness if needed.

2. Heat Press Sublimation

  1. Set temperature to 350–380°F.
  2. First press: Apply pressure for 30–45 seconds.
  3. Rotate the item 180 degrees (to ensure even ink transfer).
  4. Second press: Follow with another 30–45 seconds of pressure.
