Do we accept Returns? 

Yes we accept returns within 30 days of purchase -however product must be unused and in original condition and in original box. Also see our Return Policy.

 

What if your order arrives missing an item or items or they are damaged? 

If your order arrives missing an item or items, or if they are damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will promptly resolve the issue by providing you with a store credit equal to the value of the missing or damaged item(s), or by sending you a replacement at no additional cost.

 

How long does Shipping take? We strive to ship your order by the next business day. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 3-5 business days. Please note that shipping timing is controlled by our carrier, not us.

 

Do we ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands? Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to these locations.
